A seven-week postnatal group for moms with babies from 0 to 6 months. You meet weekly with the same small group to connect, learn and grow together, with discussions led by professionals, and tea and treats laid on. Less a class than a proper landing place for the newborn months — somewhere to find your people while everything is still very new.
The professionals leading the discussions cover psychology, dietetics, midwifery, medical and physiotherapy.
