Consultations focus on understanding symptoms, identifying possible triggers where appropriate, and creating practical treatment plans that fit into family life. Allergen immunotherapy, including subcutaneous immunotherapy (SCIT) and sublingual immunotherapy (SLIT), is also available for selected environmental allergies.

I’ll put your listing together using the information you share. For an approved paid listing, I’ll send an invoice for your chosen package and term, payable by EFT. Free listings need no payment.

Paid listings go live within 72 hours of payment reflecting, and your term starts on the day your listing goes live. Free listings are published after review and preparation. Once you’re listed, updates are free.

Can I update my listing?
Any time, for free. New photos, hours or a phone number: email themomsdirectory@gmail.com and I'll sort it out. Or directly via the listing card.
How do you count my views and clicks?
I measure how many people view your listing and how many tap through to your website, phone, WhatsApp or directions. They're totals, not information about individual moms, and I only share them with you.
Can I start free?
Yes. Start free, upgrade anytime. Your Listed page includes your business details, contact links, hours and directions. You can choose a paid option when you’re ready for more visibility.
Is there a contract?
Paid listings run for the three-month or annual term you choose. Nothing auto-renews. You pay by EFT against an invoice, with no debit orders. Before your term ends, I’ll send you a renewal quote; carrying on is your choice.
What if I don’t renew?
Your listing stays published as a free Listed listing, so families can still find you. It loses its priority placement and moves back among the free listings in your section, and the gallery and quarterly numbers fall away. Anything already posted, like a story or collab post, stays up.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. To upgrade during a paid term, pay the difference between the tiers and keep the same renewal date. Email me and I’ll help you choose.

The practical details
Payments, renewals & updates
Payments are made via EFT against an invoice. No debit orders, nothing that comes off your account automatically.
When your term starts. Your listing goes live within 72 hours of your payment reflecting, and your term runs from the day it goes live. By paying, you're asking me to publish it within that period.
Nothing renews automatically. A few weeks before your term ends I'll email you what your listing actually did — how many moms viewed it, and how many clicked through to you — together with a renewal quote. If you'd like to carry on, pay it and I'll extend your listing. If you'd rather not, just tell me and your listing drops back to the free Listed tier. The photo gallery, the priority placement and the quarterly numbers fall away. Anything already published — an Instagram story, a collaboration post, a newsletter feature — stays up. I don't take those down.
Nobody is removed for not paying. If you don't renew, your listing stays published as a free Listed listing, so families can still find you. It just loses its priority placement and sits with the other free listings in your section. The directory has to be complete for moms to trust it, and a mom looking for a swim school shouldn't find a gap where one used to be.
Upgrading mid-term. Pay the difference between the two tiers and your renewal date stays the same.
Updates are free. New photos, changed hours, a new phone number, a new website — email themomsdirectory@gmail.com any time and I'll sort it out at no extra charge.
Your numbers. I measure how many people view your listing, and how many click through to your website, phone, WhatsApp or directions. These are aggregate counts, not information about individual visitors, and I don't share them with anyone but you.
Paid features are labelled as paid. Where your listing includes an Instagram story or a newsletter feature, that post will carry a paid-partnership or sponsored label. That's an advertising rule, and it's also the only way the recommendations on this directory stay worth anything.
Declining and removing listings. I reserve the right to decline or remove any listing — free or paid — that I believe is misleading, unsafe, or inconsistent with the spirit of the directory. That includes listings that attract consistent concern from the community. If something comes through, I'll look into it properly and speak to you before doing anything.
Things may change. This is a young directory and it's still growing, so the details on this page — categories, listing options, features and pricing — may change over time. Anything you've already paid for stays as agreed, and an increase never applies to a term you've already paid for.
If you joined at the founding price
If you joined at the founding price. The R150 was once-off and it stays once-off — there's nothing to renew, and nothing will ever come off your account. Your listing keeps its placement, its photo gallery and its spot on the homepage. The quarterly numbers are new since you joined, and I'll send you those too. If you ever want to move up to Spotlight, tell me and I'll sort out the difference.
Refunds & cancellation
Refunds. Once your listing is live the fee is not refundable, and the seven-day cancellation right under section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act no longer applies, because you asked me to publish it straight away. If I decline a listing after payment but before it goes live, the fee is refunded in full. If I remove a paid listing for the reasons set out under Declining and removing listings below, I'll refund the unused part of your term.
