A motherhood wellness counsellor and matrescence researcher supporting overwhelmed moms. She offers embodied trauma counselling for moms struggling emotionally, a six-week Mothermorphosis group journey for small groups growing together, and psycho-education talks on the developmental journey of matrescence.
Counselling: R700 per hour, 12–16 sessions recommended. In person in Tokai or online, 9:00–14:00.
Mothermorphosis: Six guided two-hour workshops plus WhatsApp support, R2,400 in two instalments. New groups start every two months. Office hours 9am–2pm in person in Tokai, or online.
