I take your information seriously — I'd want the same.

What I collect. Your name and email address, only if you choose to sign up for the newsletter. If you send me a recommendation, correction or business enquiry, I'll have whatever you include in that message.

What I use it for. To send you the Moms Directory newsletter — new listings, seasonal guides and the occasional feature. That's it. I don't send daily emails and I don't sell or share your details with anyone, ever. Businesses listed in the directory do not receive your information.

Where it's stored. My newsletter is run through MailerLite, which stores subscriber details securely on my behalf.

Unsubscribing. Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you're off the list — no hard feelings.

Your rights. Under South Africa's POPIA you can ask me what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it entirely. Email themomsdirectory@gmail.com and I'll sort it out.

Business listings. Listings are compiled from publicly available business information and from recommendations by moms. If you're a business owner and you'd like your listing changed or removed, just ask and I'll do it.
