Tasha or Melissa's six-week antenatal course runs on Tues or Thurs evenings, 6:30–8:30pm, and costs R3,500 per couple, including a free six-week baby check and vaccines. Loudene's condensed option runs over a Sat and Sun, 9–1pm, for R2,500 per couple. Tasha also runs the course on Wed evenings at Peak Family Practice in Hout Bay, at the same price. The clinic recommends starting around 28–30 weeks; medical-aid reimbursement depends on your plan.
