Tasha or Melissa's six-week antenatal course runs on Tues or Thurs evenings, 6:30–8:30pm, and costs R3,500 per couple, including a free six-week baby check and vaccines. Loudene's condensed option runs over a Sat and Sun, 9–1pm, for R2,500 per couple. The clinic recommends starting around 28–30 weeks; medical-aid reimbursement depends on your plan.
