Thula Baby Antenatal — Newlands

Heather's five-week course runs on Thurs evenings, 6:30–8:30pm, at Kelvin Grove and costs R3,000 per couple. It covers labour, pain relief, birth interventions, feeding and early parenting, with a class of 10–16 couples. Aim to finish at least a month before the due date.
