Thula Baby Antenatal — Mouille Point

Heather's five-week course runs on Tues evenings, 6:30–8:30pm, and costs R3,000 per couple. It covers labour, pain relief, birth interventions, feeding and early parenting, with a class of 10–16 couples. Aim to finish at least a month before the due date.
