Tender Touch Mother and Baby Clinic

Based in Kirstenhof, Cape Town, Tender Touch Mother and Baby Clinic is a warm, welcoming space where families are supported by experienced midwives from pregnancy, through every precious moment and every new hurdle that comes with your growing baby. Opened in 2022 and run by Registered Nurse & Midwife, Megan Benn, our services include: antenatal & parent preparation classes; postnatal support and newborn care including home visits; breastfeeding and feeding assistance; lactation consults with Sr Brigitte Williams (SACLC); well baby checks & immunisations; and baby massage classes. Our mission is “To provide nurturing, evidence-based care in a warm environment where every parent feels supported and every baby thrives.” From 2027, the 6-week antenatal course (R3,050) runs on Thursday evenings, 6:45–8:45pm, at The Care Collective, Tokai.
