The legal defence fund for South African home educators. Homeschooling families and cottage schools pool membership to protect each other's right to educate their children lawfully and without unjustified interference. Effectively the legal representation every homeschooler should have in place before they need it.
Registered as a public benefit organisation in 1998. It also runs workshops countrywide on the legal side of home and small-school education.
