Judo classes for children and adults, with physical fitness, self-defence, discipline and personal development taught in a supportive club setting. Junior classes run for one hour on Monday and Wednesday afternoons, followed by senior training; Friday and weekend sessions are arranged on demand. Current membership and registration fees are supplied by the club.
