A school-based movement programme using exercise, music, mini-gymnastics equipment and hand apparatus to develop balance, body awareness, co-ordination, gross and fine motor skills, flexibility, core strength, rhythm, spatial awareness and ball skills. Classes run once a week during school terms at participating schools.
