Warm indoor swimming programmes from infant classes through to adult lessons, with Cape Town pools including Pinelands, Crawford, City Bowl, Durbanville, Bellville and Cravenby. Classes start from 3 months; children's options include caregiver-and-child classes, one-on-one learn-to-swim, small squads and holiday boosters. A once-off trial for ages 3–15 is free. Current lesson fees are shown as pro-rated during enrolment rather than published as a fixed amount.
