Year-round swimming lessons at warm indoor pools across Cape Town. The 2026 programme includes free Baby Class 1 for ages 0–5 months, caregiver-and-baby classes from 6–18 months, one-on-one learn-to-swim from 18 months to 17 years, mini groups, adult lessons, aqua and selected squads. Baby 2, learn-to-swim and mini-group lessons cost R650/month for one weekly lesson, plus a R150 annual registration fee.
