Village Nannies is a long-running Cape Town agency placing live-in and live-out nannies, childminders and housekeepers, including temporary and holiday cover from one day. Candidates are interviewed, references and training certificates are checked, and relevant childcare or housekeeping experience is required. The permanent placement fee is 10% of annual salary, with a R300 registration deposit deducted from that fee; one replacement is offered within the first three months under the agency's terms. Contract, UIF guidance and ongoing mediation are included.
