The clinic’s beginner-friendly Family and Friends CPR workshop covers adult, child and infant CPR, choking response, scene assessment, calling for help and AED basics, with guided manikin practice. Classes run on the last Saturday of each month from 12–3:30pm and cost R490 per person. This is an entry-level public course with attendance confirmation on request, not a workplace first-aid qualification.
