Palmboom Park

A little gem tucked into the Newlands backstreets. It is securely fenced with a guard at the gate, the old trees shade most of it so it stays cool through summer, and the equipment is well kept, with chains and safety bars on the pieces meant for smaller children. There is even a toilet, which almost no neighbourhood park has. Dogs do come in off the lead, so it is worth knowing if yours is nervous of them.
