A Karoo-style farm kitchen and coffee shop on Bovenland Farm outside Paarl, in shaded gardens with mature trees. The playground is generous — slides, swings, a wooden tractor and a water play section that is the main event on a hot day — and there is a pump track and bike skills area outside the restaurant. The food is traditional Karoo fare with roosterkoek, burgers, quiches, wraps and pancakes, plus a children's menu.
Open Mon–Fri 7:30–4:30pm, Sat 8–3pm and Sun 8–12pm; the kitchen closes earlier than the doors.
Bring a change of clothes — children get wet at the water play section.
