A café and deli in the old St James post office, right beside the walkway down to the St James tidal pool, so a swim and a meal can be the same outing. The outside deck has a wood-fired pizza oven and a proper playground — jungle gym, swings, slide and a play house — with covered seating where you can watch from your table. The menu is long and covers breakfast, light meals, burgers, salads, pizza and a children's menu, with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. Live music on Saturdays 4–6pm.
Ordering is at the counter, dogs must stay on a lead and there is no WiFi.
