Nippers for ages 8–14 at Sunrise Beach, in U10 through U14 groups, training on Sunday mornings across the October to April lifesaving season. Annual membership is R500 for one child, R600 for two siblings and R750 for a family of three or more children with their parents, plus a R135 exam fee per child per year.
Entry is by pool swim test and a theory test.
The swim test is 100m in four minutes or less in a pool. The clubhouse is open Sat 2–6pm and Sun 10am–6pm, and closed on weekdays and through winter.
