Elmarie Play Therapy

Elmarie has fifteen years of experience with children and has been practising in Cape Town since 2022. She works from a specially equipped playroom in Lakeside with children from age three upward, and with adults, on neurodiversity support, family functioning and attachment, emotional literacy, trauma, behavioural difficulties, bullying, divorce and anxiety. Sessions are weekly and run 45–50 minutes, with a parent intake consultation first and feedback check-ins along the way. Weekday appointments, early morning through afternoon.
