Through her Brave Mamas support group and Brave Coaching programs, Kirsty Melmed is teaching this generation of moms how to consciously explore their new identity while being a conscious parent. Kirsty's superpower is creating safe spaces for moms to come together and find compassionate support in those “brutiful” first few years of motherhood. She offers simple yet effective coping strategies for challenges such as the mental load of being the default parent, relationship resentment, reparenting the inner child and burn out due to a lack of self care. Kirsty is a Co-Active Life Coach and Transactional Analysis specialist, with 11 years of experience, and mom to a sassy and sensitive little girl.
